Delivery Guarantees:

The risks associated with transportation before the final delivery to the customer are at our expense. Therefore, in case of loss or damage to your parcel, a new parcel will be dispatched with new material.

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and its contents at delivery in the presence of the postman or courier. If your parcel was left in the mailbox and damaged during transportation, any claim must be made to our customer service, whose email address is available at the bottom of this page, within 72 hours of receiving it.

Delivery Times:

The delivery times are only indicative but are respected in 99% of cases. The 1% of delayed deliveries are usually due to weather problems (e.g., excessive snow) or an error in the address entered during the ordering process.

The buyer is delivered at home by their postman. Parcels are delivered directly into your mailbox. In case of a large order and in your absence, you will receive a notification to pick up the package at the post office or a collection point.

Our customer service is available 7 days a week (except on holidays) by email with a response time of 12 hours maximum in case of a problem or question about parcel tracking.
