Order and Payment Terms

Our store offers different secure payment methods through our banking partners listed below:

- CIC Bank
- Stripe payment

For secure payments, your credit card number, expiration date, and security code are encrypted during transmission to protect you and ensure that no data is transmitted in plain text over the internet. This information is neither recorded nor stored on our systems, so our company has no access to this data.

To further secure online transactions, two-factor authentication is becoming more common when paying by credit card at the time of order validation. Since June 12, 2021, all our payments have been subject to two-factor authentication, also known as strong authentication.

In this store, you have two payment methods available:


- By bank transfer

In case of payment by credit card:

the order is directly validated. You will receive an email with a confirmation of the transaction containing all the order information, including the shipping address you provided. You will be notified by email upon shipment (usually within hours during business days) with a tracking link to follow the status of your order in real time.

In case of payment by bank transfer:

A confirmation of the order is sent to you by email with the payment information (IBAN) so that you can make the transfer to our professional bank account. The order is prepared and ready to ship once your transfer is received (usually within 24 to 48 hours). Upon receipt of your transfer, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link to follow the status of your order in real time.

Good to know:

You don't have to create a user account to place an order. You can do it as a guest by leaving the password field empty in the order form. The notification and package tracking options are the same as with a user account.
